Reservations are accepted on a first to return the forms basis - incomplete forms will not be accepted

Registration forms may not be altered in any way
All forms must contain signature and initials of the tenant reserving the cabin.
Carleton Realty nor it's agents are responsible for incomplete reservation forms - the tenant must receive notification prior to a rental being reserved
Guests must be over the age of 21 to reserve a cabin
The Hide A Way Hills Non Member tenant form is for HAH to make the vehicles and tenant passes for one to enter into HAH
The Carleton Realty rental agreement is needed to cover policy and procedures pertaining to specific cabins
Agency Disclosure - Carleton Realty and their agents represent the Seller/Landlord in registering tenants to stay in the cabins represented.
Rates based on double occupancy, Additional guests are $20 per night per guest over the age of 12
2 night minimum on weekends and 3 night minimum on weekend Holidays required. For Thurs/Friday or Sat/Sun combinations the higher nightly rate shall apply per night. 1 night only rentals (Sun - Thurs) add an additional $35 cleaning fee.
Seasonal Rates - Out of season rates are December 1st - April 30th, In season rates are May 1st - November 30th
No smoking inside cabins
Specials, discounts and coupons may not be combined
$100 non refundable deposit required to secure reservation
Four Wheel drive is recommended in the area
Last minute reservations are possible, however due to club office hours and processing paperwork its always better to make your reservation at least 2 days in advance.
Reservations booked within 2 days of the arrival date will incur a $25 fee, this is a fee passed to the owners by the Hide-A-Way Hills club for not having paperwork turned in 2 days prior to an arrival date.

To Make a Reservation:

The quickest most efficient way to make a reservation is to reserve your cabin online, print the reservation forms and return by fax or scanned email, all reservations are taken on a first to return the forms basis, once we have received this information we can start processing on our end, most customers will have a confirmation call or email returned within 24 hours. Your credit card is NOT charged until you have received and acknowledged confirmation of rates, dates and guest count.
