What is a HAH REAL-TOUR?

Buying or selling a home can be an overwhelming, stressful event. With thousands of articles and websites available to the public, one should be well prepared and educated depending on which end of the transaction they are on. Real-Tours are for Buyers seeking to purchase in the HAH area, I feel its very important for customers seeking to purchase to know their area including any rules, regulations and deed restrictions, understand the pricing of homes, and to actually see the amenities.

What to expect during a HAH REAL-TOUR?

With Kim Kallimanis REALTORŽ you can expect a guided tour of the community including stopping by several of the amenities, and to gain a lot of knowledge about the area, we may also visit a few homes (time-permitting). Tours without looking at homes take approximately 1 1/2 hours. Please wear COMFORTABLE CLOTHING and shoes suitable for walking or hiking.

What homes can I see on a HAH REAL-TOUR?

This depends on how far in advance you schedule your tour and the showing availability of the home.
